At ShopAEW, we want to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your gear. If something isn't right, we are here to help.

Please note: at this time we are unable to accept returns on international orders. If your product arrived damaged, please contact our HelpCenter. Also, to help facilitate the fastest delivery possible, cancellations are not allowed once an order is placed.
 

1. Apparel and Standard In-stock Items

We accept returns for a full refund within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return:

  • Apparel & Wearables: Must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • Other Items: Must be unopened and in the original packaging.

  • Exceptions: Must not be a title belt, or any signed or limited edition items.

 

2. Championship Title Belts

Due to the unique nature and high value of our championship title belts, these items are Final Sale.

  • Every title belt is inspected and hand-packed to ensure it reaches you in pristine condition.

  • If your title belt arrives damaged due to transit, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photo documentation of the packaging and the item.

 

3. Signed & Limited Edition Items

Due to the unique nature and high value of signed and limited edition items, these products are Final Sale.

  • Every signed item is inspected and hand-packed to ensure it reaches you in pristine condition.

  • If your collectible arrives damaged due to transit, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photo documentation of the packaging and the item.

4. Fundraising Items

Due to their donation component, fundraising items items (as denoted on the product page) are Final Sale.

 

5. Print-on-Demand Items

Items designated as Print-on-Demand (POD) are custom-made specifically for your order. While we do offer full refunds for these items in accordance with our apparel standards (unworn/unwashed), we encourage you to consult our Size Charts before purchasing to ensure the perfect fit.

 

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will provide a pre-paid return shipping label and ensure a replacement or full refund is processed at no additional cost to you.
